In particular, foodies will dordle discover that each island serves up its own specialties that everyone likes to enjoy. Midway through July is Restaurant Week in St. Kitts & Nevis. For a whole week, chefs are given the task of creating signature meals using only locally sourced ingredients. According to Bennet, the island of Martinique also has an annual culinary festival every May called the Martinique Sainte-Marie Gourmet culinary Festival. Anegada, Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, and Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands host the month-long BVI Food Fete every November.
